Please note that all CRC RoofPRO members are independent contractors and are not subcontractors, employees, agents or representatives of CRC. CRC makes no representations or warranties in respect to the expertise, skills or qualifications of any CRC RoofPRO member and expressly disclaims any and all representations and warranties, express or implied, related to the inclusion of a contractor in the CRC RoofPRO Program.

We recognize that choosing a roofer is an important homeowner decision. A roofer’s membership in our RoofPRO Program should not stand in place of the due diligence you should conduct before selecting a roofer, such as checking references, financial soundness, proper licensing and insurance, and the workmanship warranty that the roofer offers. CRC does not warrant or guarantee the quality of workmanship, performance, conduct or reputation of any CRC RoofPRO member.

BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON THE “FIND A CONTRACTOR” PAGE, YOU RELEASE CANROOF CORPORATION INC. AND THEIR AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, DAMAGES OR CAUSES OF ACTION (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT AND INDIRECT LOSSES, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES AND ECONOMIC LOSS), KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, WHICH YOU MAY HEREINAFTER HAVE ON ACCOUNT OF OR RELATED TO:

(A)     YOUR SELECTION OF A CONTRACTOR, THE WORK PERFORMED BY SUCH CONTRACTOR AND ANY DISPUTE YOU MAY HAVE WITH SUCH CONTRACTOR; AND

(B)      CRC’S SCREENING AND SELECTION PROCESS FOR INCLUSION IN ROOFPRO PROGRAM, CRC’S INCLUSION OF ANY CONTRACTOR IN THE ROOFPRO PROGRAM, AND CRC’S DISCLOSURES CONCERNING THE ROOFPRO PROGRAM.

PLEASE NOTE:

The program provides CRC RoofPRO members with access to an array of valuable benefits, including rebates and rewards based on purchase volume; discounts or preferred rates with third-party providers for services that enhance members’ roofing business; and, at the Select and Craftsman Premier levels, the ability to offer Extended Iron Clad Protection limited warranties to homeowners. The roofer must apply for the extended warranty and pay a $75.00 application processing fee. (The extended warranty does not cover the roofer’s workmanship.) Membership in the program at the Select and Craftsman Premier levels requires payment of annual membership fees to CRC and an application processing fee to CRC with each Extended Iron Clad Protection Period limited warranty application submitted to CRC, and a commitment to purchase CRC products.
